Kemao Industries Limited (NSX:KEM) completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) on 10 January 2020. At the time of its listing, the company was the first Chinese enterprise to list in Australia in more than two years due to changes to the listing requirements for emerging markets issuers introduced by the NSX in 2017. Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s nominated adviser for its compliance listing, and continues to act as its continuing nominated adviser.

JGY Holdings Limited

JGY Holdings Limited (NSX: JGY) completed its compliance listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) on 21 December 2017. JGY is an agri-business company which operates farms planting rice and wheat in Anhui Province in China. The Company also has a small distillery producing baijiu in Jiangsu Province. Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s nominated adviser for its compliance listing, and continues to act as its continuing nominated adviser.

CTG Fibersway International Limited

CTG Fibersway International Limited (NSX:CFW) completed its compliance listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) on 11 December 2017. The company manufactures network cables and optic fibre cables out of its factories in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces in China. Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s nominated adviser for its compliance listing, and continues to act as its continuing nominated adviser.

VGX Limited

VGX Limited (NSX: VGX) completed its compliance listing on NSX in November 2016. The company which is based in Malaysia is a BioNexus status company (i.e., a company which is recognized by the Malaysian government as being a biotech company). Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s nominated adviser for its compliance listing, and continues to act as its continuing nominated adviser.

SHKL Group Limited

SHKL Group Limited (NSX:SKV) completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) in August 2015. It raised A$20 million during its IPO. To-date, it is still the biggest IPO of a Chinese company on the NSX.

Asaplus Resources Limited

Asaolus Resources Limited (ASX:AJY) completed its initial public offering (IPO) and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in November 2012. The company raised A$4.4 million during its pre-IPO and IPO fund-raising. AJY is the first China company to list on a stock exchange with only an exploration licence. Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s corporate adviser for its listing and is now still advising the company on its continuing listing obligations.

M2L Holdings Limited

M2L Holdings Limited (NSX:MLH) [now known as IM Quarries Limited (NSX:IM1)] completed its compliance listing on the NSX in February 2012. MLH is one of the first, if not the first, Singapore company to list on the NSX. Biztrack Consultants acted as the company’s corporate adviser for its compliance listing and now act as its continuing nominated adviser.

Blackgold International Holdings Limited

Blackgold International Holdings Limited (ASX:BGG) listed on ASX in February 2011 after successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO). During the IPO, BGG raised A$70.2 million which made it the third largest IPO in Australia in 2011. BGG is the first privately owned Chinese coal producer to list on a western stock exchange. Biztrack Consultants (then practising under the name of Biztrack Partnership) acted as BGG’s corporate adviser for its IPO.
