On 24 November 2022, Guizhou Bainian Laishi Liquor completed its reverse acquisition of NSX-listed JGY Holdings Limited (Stock code: JGY). In connection with the reverse acquisition, JGY changed its corporate name and stock trading code to Laishi Liquor Limited and LSJ respectively.
